CFOR is offering
a yearlong facilitation training programme of four modules of
four days each. The current training started in June 2009 and
the last module takes place in May 2010.
The course is for people who lead in civil society,
NGOs and government or business, or who are involved in post-war
and reconciliation processes, who care deeply about furthering
the organisations and communities they work within.
The course consists of four four-day modules.
Each module is an interplay between theory and practice, offering
intensive study and hands on application of process-oriented
leadership and conflict facilitation skills. The purpose
of the course is to support creativity and fluidity
when leading in difficult situations. This includes the capacity
to facilitate conflict, discover the creativity within diversity
and to facilitate ’hot spots’. Each participant will
conduct a project within their field, or in a new field, applying
new learning.
The course takes place in London at the Hampstead Town Hall Centre
in Northwest London. See the attached pdf brochure. To find out
