Conflict Resolution and New Patterns in Leadership

This  Training Programme is for individuals seeking to gain new skills and/or to enhance current expertise for facilitating social cohesion, conflict resolution and community creativity in the UK and Europe.  The course  focuses on multi-cultural communication, human rights, issues of justice and accountability, and methods for deepening dialogue around sensitive hot topics.  The course emphasizes the need for cooperation among civil society organisations and  among  public, private and non-profit sectors towards  social inclusion  and violence prevention.  The course provides a constant interplay between theory and practice.  Each module has intensive and exciting theoretical and conceptual material, while there is a strong focus on building or honing  facilitation skills, throughout.
