| CFOR facilitates community dialogue for violence prevention,
social inclusion and creative community leadership within organisations,
communities and societies in the UK, the Balkans, in Europe and
internationally. Its activities focus on underlying conflicts
and potential for creative cooperation in multicultural forums
concerning European,national and ethnic identity; post-war reconciliation
and conflict prevention; training in facilitation for leaders;
arts, research and publications. |

- Grundtvig funding: CFOR
has received funding for our upcoming workshop ‘From
Seed to Fulfilment: Creating our Future' held in London
May 10 – 14 2010. If you live in the EU (except in the

- 2009-2010 - in partnership with Udruga
Mi, UNHCR and a grant from EIDHR European Instrument for Democracy
and Human Rights is conducting forums for participants making
a difference in ‘areas of state concern’ affected
strongly by the war and post-war period. more info
- 2010-2011 - with UNHCR and Udruga Mi, CFOR
will undertake a project on Leadership training with NGOs and
local authorities, for community development.
- With UNHCR, developing new models for wider
region, concerning returning refugees, local communities, post-war
issues, community sustainability and violence prevention.
- Arlene Audergon gave a plenary speech to the Annual
Psychology Conference, Croatia (Nov 2009), speaking
about the role of the Psychology profession in recovering from
cycles of violence and building the future.
