OAT – Organisational Awareness Training

CFOR consults and offers training in conflict facilitation and to support individuals, teams and organisations to thrive in their contributions to peace-building, diversity work, human rights and community building. OAT projects include in-house training and consultation within governmental and non-governmental organisations; training modules in conflict facilitation, and training in project development.
